ABOUT ‘DIMIDIUM TALES’

Hey, I’m building an Epic Fantasy Universe here.

Join the ride.

The stories shared here on Dimidium Tales represent a world in active development. You’re witnessing the birth of these characters and the growth of Dimidium itself, one story at a time.

If you like the idea of seeing a World being born, this is for you.

The Work

Right now I’m working through the Dragons of Dimidium cycle, featuring Ryn and Eskarith in Mountain Bond: The Ancient Choice—a story about grief, bonds, and what it means choosing and being chosen after you’ve lost everything.

Alongside the serial you'll find flash fiction and short stories from across all three domains — the mountain passes, the coastal cities, the crimson desert. Lore pieces for readers who want to go deeper. In-world documents: letters, laws, fragments from people who lived through the history the novels only gesture at.

A Note from the Author

It goes against every writer’s instinct to polish until it gleams. But there’s something liberating about letting go of perfectionism and just sharing the stories as they develop.

Dimidium Tales is my creative relief valve. When I’m deep in editing frustration with my trilogy—when I’ve read the same pirate dialogue fifty times or I’m stuck on pacing issues—I can shift gears entirely.
Go to the mountains instead of the coast. Work with intimate character relationships instead of large-scale adventure. Focus on atmosphere instead of action. Different muscles, different tone, different scope.

What I didn’t expect was how quickly readers would connect. Seeing people invested in Ryn’s grief, protective of Kivith, debating the Guild’s ethics—that happened much faster than I anticipated. The feedback loop has been invaluable. Readers ask questions that reveal gaps in my worldbuilding, notice patterns I hadn’t consciously planned, get curious about secondary characters—and those details become story seeds. The entire Kivith vignette collection exists because readers wanted more of that relationship.

This kind of reader feedback feels familiar—like making up fairy tales to get my sister to sleep. She’d always ask “what happens next?” and insist on a different ending if she didn’t like the first one. That same collaborative energy, warm and immediate, is what happens here.
